Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms apply when you use Starquill. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

The service

Starquill reads reviews of apps you manage through the official App Store Connect and Google Play APIs, analyzes them, notifies you and lets you post replies. You must only connect apps and accounts you are authorized to manage.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Replies you send are published under your developer account. Review AI drafts before sending; you are responsible for their content.
  • Follow Apple's and Google's developer terms, including their rules for responding to reviews.
  • Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access others' data, overload the service or resell it without permission.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the purchase. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and isn't renewed. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Limits

Each plan has limits on apps, analyzed reviews and AI drafts. When a monthly limit is reached, the related feature pauses until the next month or an upgrade.

AI output

Summaries, translations, issue groupings and reply drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong. Use your judgment before acting on them.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Starquill running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Store APIs are controlled by Apple and Google and may change or be unavailable. We may improve or change features over time.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Starquill is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.
